Domingo A. Blanco

With more than three decades of experience in the maritime, oilfield, and industrial supply sectors, Domingo A. Blanco has developed extensive expertise in marine logistics, procurement, rig support operations, and technical supply-chain coordination for drilling, refining, offshore, and industrial projects.

Throughout his career, he has coordinated complex supply operations and major tanker vessel repair projects in both Venezuela and the United States, gaining valuable operational experience within highly dynamic maritime and energy environments.

Prior to founding Latitude 29 Ship Supply, LLC, Domingo held management positions within the maritime supply industry in Venezuela, overseeing logistics, procurement, personnel coordination, and vessel repair operations for tanker fleets and marine contractors.

Since establishing Latitude 29 Ship Supply, LLC in Houston in 2009, Domingo has led the company’s growth into a trusted marine and industrial supply partner serving clients across the U.S. Gulf Coast and international markets. Under his leadership, the company continues expanding its capabilities in marine, oilfield, drilling, refining, and industrial procurement and logistics support while maintaining a strong commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and compliance with U.S. regulations.
