Is a Houston-based marine supply and logistics company established in 2009, serving the U.S. Gulf and international maritime industry. With operations covering Houston, Louisiana ports, and Mobile, Alabama, Latitude 29 specializes in the sourcing and delivery of technical ship supplies, including engine, deck, cabin, electrical, safety, chemical, and SOLAS-related equipment.
Backed by more than three decades of maritime and ship-chandler experience, the company is known for fast response, technical accuracy, and dependable execution, even for urgent or non-standard requirements. Through long-standing strategic alliances with leading U.S. and international manufacturers and distributors, Latitude 29 provides access to nearly the full IMPA catalogue, as well as custom-engineered and hard-to-source products.

Domingo A. Blanco
With over eighteen years of professional experience in the maritime and oil industries, Domingo A. Blanco brings extensive expertise in the logistics of material and rig supplies for oil drilling projects. He has also coordinated major repairs of tanker vessels in Venezuela and the United States.
In Venezuela, Domingo served as the manager of a prominent maritime company specializing in the supply of materials, personnel, and repairs for oil tanker vessels. His leadership in this role provided him with in-depth knowledge of the complexities of maritime logistics and operations.
Currently, Domingo is the proud owner of Latitude 29 Ship Supply, LLC, a family-owned company with a rich history. For over 15 successful years, he has led the company in providing high-quality services to the maritime industry. Latitude 29 Ship Supply, LLC continues to thrive under Domingo’s direction, implementing ecological, economic, and social initiatives to support sustainable growth in the maritime sector.
